Our transcriptionists use state-of-the-art transcription equipment and dictionaries to ensure accuracy. Each transcriptionist has a minimum of 2 years of transcription experience.
Our editors review the transcription for accuracy and completeness. The editors at Paragon need to have at least 4 years of experience and the proofreaders need to have at least 6 years of experience and exposed to different types of accents, specialties, types of report.
The editors, edits the report transcribed by the medical transcriptions and the proofreaders review the file for any flags or doubts left by the editors to maintain 100% accuracy in all the reports.
The Quality Manager takes the full responsibility to ensure 100% quality. He/She keeps the transcriptionists and the editors updated and well informed with regard to the feedbacks.
